How long does it take to process my custom order?
Since each item is uniquely crafted, please allow 3-5 business days for production before your order is shipped.
What is your return policy for personalized items?
Because our products are custom-made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or there was an error on our part.
