At Custom By Estee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked correctly.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the packing slip inside the box before sealing it securely.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
